How To Block A User On Pexpay P2P?
All Makers (users or merchants) can use the blacklist feature;
Follow these steps to add new user to your blocklist:
- On the Main Menu, select [Blocklist] tab
- Click on [order list] to check for your order history.
From this page, make sure to select [P2P orders] and click [All Order] to show all of your orders history. You can choose the users you want to add into your blocklist by selecting [Block] on the bottom right corner.
- A pop-up window with a place to fill the reason (optional) for blocking will appear on the screen. You can type out your reason for blocking the user then click [Submit]
- The user has now been blocked and you cannot trade with this user unless you unblock them.
How To Unblock A User on Pexpay P2P?
If you wish to start trading with a blocked user on Pexpay P2P again, you will need to unblock them first. There are two methods to unblock a user.
The first way is by following these simple steps:
- From P2P Order page, you can click on [Unblock] directly to unblock the user.
- The user has been unblocked and you can resume trading with them.
Alternatively, a user can also be unblocked with the following steps:
- From the Main menu, select [Blocklist]
- A list of blocked users will be displayed on this page. Choose the user you wish to unblock and click on [Unblock].
- The user has been unblocked and you can resume trading with them.
