To ensure an organized and seamless closure, we have prepared a structured timeline as below.

Rest assured, your funds are safe. Our team will remain by your side to guarantee the smooth withdrawal of all your assets within the given timeframe.

Pexpay’s official announcement of service suspension.

Starting from the 17th July, we will strive to address your asset inquiries as soon as possible. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Support team.
  1. Cancel all your orders and close your positions from 2023-07-17.

    Users must cancel all orders and close all positions before 2023-07-24 07:00 A.M. (UTC).
  1. Immediately withdraw your assets from 2023-07-17.

    Withdrawals and third-party transfers (from Pexpay wallet to Binance wallet) will remain supported until 2023-09-30.
2023-07-24 Suspension of all trading functions and the majority of the user features (P2P, Fiat, Spot, Futures, Savings, Staking, Convert, Deposit, Registration, and more.) by 2023-07-24 07:00 A.M. (UTC).
  • The third-party transfer (from Binance wallet to Pexpay wallet) function will be closed as of 2023-07-24 07:00 A.M. (UTC).

  • Withdrawals and third-party transfers (from Pexpay wallet to Binance wallet) will remain supported until 2023-09-30.
2023-09-30 Complete suspension: All services, including withdrawals, will cease, and web/app access will no longer be supported.
