- A merchant (advertiser) refers to a user who posts trade ads and processes transactions.
- Winners will be selected based on the time of their successful merchant application status during the promotion period.
- The reward in the form of USDT will be distributed to your Pexpay wallet within 10 working days after the activity ends.
- During the activity period, if any participating merchant is under investigation due to any violation of the Pexpay Terms of Use or the Pexpay merchant policy, the merchant will be disqualified.
- Pexpay reserves the right to disqualify trades that are deemed to be wash trades or illegally bulk registered accounts, as well as trades that display attributes of self-dealing or market manipulation.
- Pexpay reserves the right to cancel or amend any Activity or Activity Rules at our sole discretion.
